VisaFlow is a tool you use directly in your browser to build immigration application packages. As you use it, you enter information like client names, case details, application types, and notes — the same kind of information you'd normally type into a document or spreadsheet.

We do not collect this information ourselves. It stays with you, on your own device, for as long as you keep it.

How We Use It

VisaFlow uses the details you enter to generate cover letters, case summaries, document checklists, notes, and deadline trackers — instantly, inside your browser. That's it. We don't analyze it, sell it, or use it to train any models.

Data Storage

Client and case information you enter into VisaFlow is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. We don't operate a database of your clients, cases, or documents, and we don't have a copy of anything you create in the app.

• No client information is transmitted to or stored on external servers
• Your data lives in your browser, tied to the device you're using
• Clearing your browser data or switching devices means that information won't carry over automatically

Third Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties — because we never receive it in the first place. There are no analytics trackers, ad networks, or outside services processing your client information through VisaFlow.

Your Rights

Because your data stays on your own device, you're always in control of it. You can review, edit, export, or delete anything you've entered into VisaFlow at any time, directly within the app or by clearing your browser storage.
